Hi,

I have an issue with internal cracks constantly appearing in my house. I fill them in but within 4-5 months there are back again. They are particularly bad around windows and the corner of walls. They are not very wide, 1-2mm but stretch across the whole room if left.

The house has not been re-plastered for a long time - do you think this would help??? Should I be worried about this? There are no signs of cracks externally.

Thanks - I filled the cracks just using normal filler but I did scrap out most of the plaster (2 cm channel almost down to the breeze block before hand). The house clearly has some movement to cause these cracks to reappear? maybe this is normal but I've never had a house with so many cracks before. each room has one in each corner and above the windows
