Hi

I have some cracks around my windows and I am looking for advice on the best cause of action. There doesn't seem to be any external cracks. There is a large crack that runs the entire length, the plaster sounds blown when I tap it. The windows themselves also have some pretty hefty gaps in the corner that change size depending on temperature. The house has had the windows replaced prior to purchase

Your going to have to remove plaster.
Maybe stick some plasterboard to the top.
Fill and make good.
Hot glue blinds slats to correct length as they may not fit after.
