Hello,
Would appreciate some advices please. I'm selling a property that have been rented out for the last 4 years. The buyer has a home buyers survey booked for next week.
The property is an end of terrace 3 beds built in around 1982. The tenant has just vacated the property and I noticed there are some vertical cracks on the upstairs walls under or near windows/radiators. I've attached some photos. The cracks are narrower than a credit card and there are no cracks on the other side of the external walls.
I am wondering if these are most likely due to thermal movement or something of concerns. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
