Creating a Windows 10 ISO problem Help please???

I am attempting to download windows 10 ISO to put onto a USB with little sucess, i have a Sandisk 16Gb USB stick formated in NTFS and have downloaded windows 10 it goes through its checking procedure then comes up with the following errow massage:

There is a problem in running this tool

we're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems reference the error code when contacting customer support, Error code: 0x80070570 - 0x90002

The Laptop im using is running windows 7 and the ISO im trying to produce is for another machine.

Any help Apprciated Thank you...

Hey, are you able to download ISO manually, then use Rufus to create the bootable USB?

Maybe method works today.

BUT - I did this from Win10 ....
