Creda Excel T632CW condenser drier no heat

Hi peeps, had this for about 2 years now, and i noticed last night that it was running for ages (on the sensor setting). I tried the 30 min setting, and came back to find my clothes were still damp.

The machine is tumbling the clothes, but i suspect there is no heat being used.

Any ideas on the fix and how easy it is to DIY it?
