Hi

I have created another thread about a loose paving slab: https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/loose-slap-on-step-into-house.479915/

whilst looking at this I have seen some crumbling concrete on the outside wall of the house at the bottom. It's not serious but might as well repair at the same time.

My question is could I use the same mix for the slab and the crumbling concrete or will I need to use more of a concrete mix for the repair?

The house is made of brick and then at the bottom there is a concrete base like this one in the picture with little bits here and there crumbling off.
