Curved Scotia Around bottom of stairs

I have had a quick search through the forums for an answer to this and the only thing i have come across is kahrs to a flexible parquet trim, however this does not come in white to match my current scotia.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that does a rubber or similar pultrusion that has the std section of normal solid scotia?
