Need to fit two bowl type sinks onto a marble counter. need to cut roughly a 10cm hole through 20mm marble. Would a diamond tipped cutter that fits to my drill be able to cut it, or do i need specialist equipment or need to take it to a firm that cut marble/granite?
If a there is an accesory i can but, can someone recommend one.

Regards

Here, for example. Postage a bit much from Germany but you should be able to get similar from a UK supplier.

Doh!

You can get/hire 107mm diamond core bits quite easily, I don't know how much tolerance you can deal with. You will need a high torque/SDS drill though as well.

It may be cheaper to contact a specialist granite supplier, and get them out than have to buy all the gear for just the one off job.
