Cutting Insulated Plasterboard

What's the best way to cut through 90mm insulated plasterboard and leaving a nice sharp edge along both the plasterboard and insulation?

I tend to use a fine hand saw, but one that's seen better days as the gyproc rusts the saw something awful. When i'm being really persnickety I dress the cut edge with a Surform file (no handle)
