Cutting porcelain tiles

Hi All

Just need some advice on cutting porcelain tiles...

I saw on TV that someone was using some sort of 'sanding block' to smooth the edge of the porcelain tile when cut...

can anyone help on this...

You could use a sharpening stone, but why do you think the edge won't be neat?
