tile cutter wheels differance ?

got some 600x400 porcelain tiles to cut.. had a look around and got one from wicks which is suitable for cutting 600mm porcelain its done about 70 cutts now the wheel is blunt and it appears wicks dont do the replacement wheel which is 22mm with a 6mm hole,,, my qestion is will any cutter wheel do?? im cutting porcelain tiles only,, and have say another 70 cutts afer which it will stay in the garage and may be cut the odd tile now and again,,,, wicks told me its a vitrex '''' with there name on it,,, there seems a few wheels about but are they suitable for cutting porcelain ? and how do i know as the all seem to just say tungsten carbide ay advice

Maybe, get any wheel that will firmly fit into the cutter.
Or take the snap cutter into a professional tile supplies and be advised.

Are your cut edges going to be out of view?
