Cylinder Stat

Hi,
New on this forum please help, Ive come across a job where there is a cylinder far away from boiler and is connected directly on c/heating flow and return with a tee and no controls, so the water gets dangerously boiling hot, is there any control i can fix from cylinder stat directly on to the pipe to control the temp, as going all the way to the boiler is not possible.

Just turn the boiler thermostat down to about 60.
Water in tank can't get hotter than that then.
