Our home grown terrorists ,that took a trip up the motorway from Birmingham to west Yorkshire in a motor with no insurance,little wonder they got a tug and car impounded,they must have been a bit soft in the head,perhaps thats why they were gullible enough to get drawn in to a holy war.

Anecdotally, I've heard there are whole areas in Birmingham that have very high rates of uninsured cars for some reason and the police can't do anything about it because that would be racist. Maybe they thought they were immune to British law.
