We have just had a Daikin ac unit FTXM35R2V1B model installed. Does anyone know where to find the SSID and key number?

Read the manual?

Pages 34-37 are relevant when using the Daikin Residential Controller app.

If the manual doesn't help, ask your installer? I'd have expected them to have done that as part of the installation handover.
 
Thanks very much the installer is back today to install another unit so I will ask him. Thanks again
