Good evening everybody,
I am at present replacing the gutters on my home and, I have noticed that the felt at the edge of the roof, over the gutters, has become brittle and pieces break off easily. The house is 30 years old.
I have been told that one can obtain narrow pieces of felt replacement, made of some type of plastic, which can be pushed under the existing felt and end in the gutter.
This presumately protects the roof timbers by carrying off any seepage.
I would be most grateful to anyone who could me some advice.
Many thanks
