I have some south-facing UPVC window frames which have a rosewood woodgrain finish.
During the heat of the summer, on two of them the woodgrain foil has bubbled and split on the bottom rail of the frame.
Is it possible to obtain this foil for a DIY repair. I reckon I can cut away the damaged section, clean up and fillet in a repair but I cannot locate a source for the foil and glue, etc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

There are a very few companies out there that will do this for you. I do know the foil is Renolit , but they will not sell you the correct materials to facilitate a repair, unless you have partaken in their training course....which last time I checked was £500 and only held in Germany!
