Damn toilet waste LEAKING !

I Cannot get rid of a small drip after connecting in a new toilet.

The current setup is a 90 degree grey platsic, with an internal rubber seal.

Iv'e even tried a little wedge at the highest point in the waste, trying to pull up the bottom edge seal.

IDEAS where to go now would be great, as i am tearing my hair out.
