Damp around Plastic Window Frames

Hi, Ive a weird damp problem around the window frames in my kitchen.

Basically, Ive damp patches appearing all around my freshly painted walls at the edges of my plastic kitchen windows. Has anyone any ideas about what might be causing this and how I can cure it?

It could be the sealant on the outside missing or not well-done.
Alternatively condensation through cold bridging?

The odd thing is that one of the windows spearates the kitchen from the conservatory and isnt outside facing.

Was the opening created for the conservatory?

Is there damp on the conservatory side?

ive seen this before, it wasnt damp, it was the sealant reacting with the paint

So would using a different paint sort it out? As I recall this is just the usual B&Q kitchen paint...

Use caulk instead of silicone maybe
