Afternoon everyone - we recently purchased a 1930s house and we're currently renovating. We found damp under the bay window (obviously!) which seems to be due to a high ground level outside. Previous owner has tried a number of fixes but we've dug down and the brickwork and mortar has deteriorated below the high soil line (in most places soil has replaced the mortar and bricks falling apart) so seems that water/moisture has just been running into the house and below the suspended timber floor. Will it be enough to re-point and replace bricks- leaving exposed going forward or need something more? Any help would be appreciated, cheers
