Hi i have a flat on upper ground level with a car park underneath the car park is very open (lots of air bricks and large mesh gates) the problem we have is the floors get very cold and damp anything in bottom draws or under the bead gets very damp. Can i seal the floors with something or is there a underlay to deal with this? We do not have high celling so can not raise the floors any help would be great! Thanks
