OK so about to re-landscape my garden, as you can see the ground level is above the regs but I am on a budget and intend to keep the slabs that are down. Question is how do I go about lowering this, i was told needs to be at least 2 bricks down but as you can see I have a drain the other side which deformation do not want to touch. I am intending to replace the upside slab wall with sleepers.
