Damp hot tub room

We have a "shed" attached to the house that previous owners used as a hot tub room,concrete base under the hot tub and decking around it. I had hoped to use the room as an overspill for kitchen storage with a few cupboards (I have far too many gadgets) but we realised soon after moving in that it it not watertight and had been unusable so far. It looks like they have put the building onto the decking so water comes in from the gaps,there was frost on the inside of the roof chipboard and it's now cracking,the decking gets mouldy if I close the window vents because it's so cold in there,pulled a panel off and you can see daylight through some gaps and the thinnest insulation i have ever seen.Quotes to fix it are ridiculous and my husband has no interest in diy and would rather it be knocked down. Is it possible to salvage it or call it a day?

It's a shed so will be cold.
Condensation forms with trapped air so you need ventilation and let it dry out.
You need air flow under the flooring and air flow inside.
Vent either side will give you air flow.
Even in winter the air can be dry. Cold but dry.

What about the shed roof rain water, is that collected?

There is guttering around 3 sides of the roof but one side is close to the neighbours fence so no guttering and the rain runs down the wall and seeps through

Pics would be good but sounds like a non-starter. I would pull the lot down. How bad we the bits you can't see likely to be?,

Added some pictures but not sure they really show what I mean. I'd just like it to be dry and warm enough to store bulk buys from costco,dog food and some kitchen bits

It’s an uninsulated, unheated shed .
Needs a ceiling and insulation and heating .
Not cheap.

I knew it would need insulating but wasn't expecting it to be getting so damp and wet. Don't even know where to start as husband doesn't want to try but we need the space it could provide

As SithLord Hood says, it will never do what you want it to do economically. It was obviously designed as a temporary measure to be used for something else. Take it down and build a proper extension or move to a bigger home. Don't throw away good money trying to make it work for you.
