Damp in corners and by door of conservatory

Hi guys,

We're coming into the first winter of our new conservatory and Ive noticed a bit of damp by the door as below

The image below is the other side of the door. Can I run some silicon in the gaps to stop the damp coming through or should there be some DPC between the grey (step) and the outer side of the conservatory?
