Damp mold on internal wall advice please

I have a damp section on our wall that is confined to the area on the left side of the door frame..the door frame is on an internal wall and this wall is connected to an exterior wall which is 2 skins of brick with a cavity..the exterior wall is insulated inside.

The wall on the side of the wardrobe is damp to touch from floor to ceiling i have shown a picture of the outside wall where this problem is.

Would anyone have any advice as to where this damp might be coming from and how to fix it...we have a dehumidier on inside the wardrobe but the damp seems to be in the wall.
