DAMP/MOULD FORMING ON SKIRTING BOARDS

I'VE BEEN RENOVATING A 1960 BUNGALOW WITH SUSPENDED WOODEN FLOOR.MY BEDROOM HAS A PATCH OF DAMP WHICH EXTENDS BEHIND CUPBOARDS.WHEN ITEMS ARE LEFT ON THE CARPET IE.SPEAKERS OR ANYTHING STORED UNDER THE BED THEY GROW MOULD OVER THEM.ALSO THE WINDOWS ARE VERY WET IN THE MORNING ESP WINTER
.I HAVE NO TUMBLE DRYER AND CLOTHES ON RADS ARE KEPT TO MIN.
IS THIS POOR FLOOR VENTING?ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Have a read here about condensation problem.

When you say poor floor venting I assumed you mean air-brick on the outside walls, if so make sure they are not blocked etc

The damp behind the cupboard is normally what is known as a "condensation trap" where they is no air movement.
