Hi all

We’ve got damp on one side of our house in the loft down by the eves. The membrane is sagging just before it gets to the gutter if that makes sense. The membrane is in the gutter so I’m unsure if it’s soaking up and tracking back up inside is this plausible? The membrane doesn’t sag anywhere else however I’m wanting to install eve support trays just wondering if this will solve the issue

OP,
Eave support trays will most always help, &, given that the fascia is at the correct height etc, they will definitely help you too.
You only need a say 25mm-30mm projection over the gutter.
Dont let the tray or the membrane touch the gutter water flow.
Where is the down pipe?
