Damp on outside brickwork

Just noticed some dark discolouration on lower brick line on our pitch. Could this be anything to worry about?

its rising damp below the DPC and maybe some splash.

there's a little previous re-pointing, and what maybe a shallow French drain.
but, unless your cavity is bridged, its of little significance.

The ground is wet, it's winter. The walls in the ground will be wet too, it's normal.
