Hello
I have a Victorian house which has a downstairs bathroom. I have a patch besides the shower (over bath) which is just above the tiled area. It seems to be where the moisture is gathering from the condensation. There are no pipes close to it so this is all I can think it must be. I have tried removing the paint and filling the plaster nada repainting but it continues to bubble, any suggestions?
Thanks
