If you'd offered a bit of background to the circumstances at the outset and also explained you are disabled that that the other rads were difficult to get to etc. etc. then I and others would have had a better understanding and, I'm sure you'd have received a better response. But without that it's all too easy to assume another timewaster - of which there are plenty and who tend to make the regulars wary.
