Damp under threshold

Hello,

When it rains I'm getting damp in this area under front door - upto the foam but not any of the screed.

Should I be able to see a dpm between the door step blocks and the screed?

What can I do to prevent this?

The external level looks to be too high, should be an external acco drain if meeting wall at a high level.

It's just a couple of pavers there, it then slopes / steps down another 150mm or so.

That’s the problem causes your damp .
