I have a Ferroli Optima boiler and followed a tip given on here on how to find the manual. Trouble is, I don't know which one it is, there are no only identifying marks on the boiler. Does anyone know how to tell which type it is?

Thank you

Should be a label identifying the boiler, possibly just inside any doors or flaps on the front.

Thanks but the flap door bit on the front was lost years ago. There isn't anything else on there with any markings on?

A number of readiators are stone cold, both upstairs and down. This has been a problem for a while. Tried bleeding them and messing with the thermostat things. Now, every so often the hot water won't work so i have to do and put the heating on, then it works again.

If I could get the manual, it may have a fault finding section, but as I said I don't know the type?

Thanks

Its on a lablel on the inside of the outer case, hve to take the case off to find it. Most of the optimas are pretty much the same and I should imagine the 701 / 901 manual is exactly the same, it will only be the 1001 manual with the reset button on the front that may have a different wiring diagram.
Suspect you need to look at the flow turbine and sensors for your problem and maybe a bit of radiator balancing for the rads.
