I have a Vokera Mynute 14se boiler controlled by a Danfoss TP3 and i think the Danfoss is playing up.We have the water heater on twice a day each for one hour, after the HW has timed out the CH doesn't come as it should,we can raise the temp in the display but nothing happens but if we lower the temp and then increase it the controller clicks and the heating comes on ;) I would like to replace the unit but can't find one on the net , any help would be much appreciated.

I wouldn't be too quick to blame the TR3 here especially if it seems to work OK at all other times.

It's likely something else in the CH control system is faulty and in need of a "kick" once the DHW reheating has finished it's run.
Possibly it's a strange 3-port valve fault?

The TR3 is basically just a fancy switch, so provided you are OK doing mains wiring it could be temporarily replaced by connecting the 2 wires into a spare light switch to see if the same fault persists after a Domestic Hot Water run.

This has just started recently after what the plumber called a "motorised valve" had to be replaced as it was leaking , do these things need to be "set up" or just installed?

That is a bit of a coincidence. It should have been simply replaced and wired into the system the same way as the old one; no setting up as such.

Can you get him back? You are entitled to have some guarantee.

One thing i do remember him doing is replacing the valve that takes the water into the house with a gate valve , i think this was a motorised valve to ,this was leaking aswell and he told me it do the same job as the other valve . As i recall there was three motorised valves now only two and a gate valve, and the gate valve is half open.Is this my problem do you think?

Just to follow up on my situation, got the heating engineer back and after a few visits he decided to replace the motorised valve and "touch wood" the ch and the dhw has been fine since.Thankyou jackthom for your replies to my post.I hope you read this.

Posted too early last time with the "everything is alright" the dhw and the ch won't come on at the same time.Went to my neighbours , who has the same heating and controls , to test her unit and her dhw and ch can come on at the same time . To test the contoller all i did was to hit the 1 hour for the dhw and raise the temp for the ch, in my neighbours contoller , the unit clicks when i press the 1 hr button and also clicks when i raise the temp to get the ch to come on.On my controller (same unit as nextdoor) the controller clicks when i prees 1 hr fot dhw but doesn't click when i increase the temp to get the ch to come on and it will not come on untill i shutdown the dhw , i have to scroll down the temp >20 and then increase it , the controller clicks and heypresto the ch comes on  the motorised valves seem too work on their own but not together , could this be sticky contacts in the controller or the valves wired up incorrectl ? It's getting cold up here on the Moray coast and i could do with my cental heating and hot water playing the game , hope to hear from you soon.
