agreed. If you don't want to be in the crush at the front of a riot, shouting "follow me" and charging down a tunnel is a very poor plan.

can't see that for UK breach of protest conditions
Is there an example of that sentence?demonstrating in a Capitol building - 3 year suspended sentence + 2 months in jail.
can't see that for UK breach of protest conditions.

Joking asside. While I can't ever imagine protesting against the government myself, largely because it's pointless. I can empathise with someone caught up in a protest finding themselves in the middle of it. You've got plod beating down on you and a mob pushing forward from behind.Would that be the protest conditions which said you must not cause a riot, injure 150 police officers and smash your way into Parliament![]()

I don't think it's comparable. Putting emergency services lives at risk to get you down.Is there an example of that sentence?
Here's one for a non violent, unauthorized, protest for 2.5 years. With agrivating factors

Shouldn't be there then.Joking asside. While I can't ever imagine protesting against the government myself, largely because it's pointless. Agree - and sentenced to what?Shouldn't be there then.
It was a publicised call to action
Put yourself in the firing line, expect to be caught

which bit of "I do not think all should have been pardoned." do you not understand?Mbk cannot call trump out for mass pardons.
Says a lot

Every 1 was an individual case. Should be tried accordingly.Agree - and sentenced to what?

The fact you can't criticise Trump for getting it wrong.which bit of "I do not think all should have been pardoned." do you not understand?

It's not about understanding you - it's about agreeing with you. and I don'tEvery 1 was an individual case. Should be tried accordingly.
Same with being pardoned.
It's not difficult to understand if you try
As opposed to attacking police officers directly? You're right, the just stop oil protestors got shafted.I don't think it's comparable. Putting emergency services lives at risk to get you down.
