dds playback

hi,

I have a maxell dds (90m/295ft 2GB) 4mm helical - scan data cartridge, which i want to play back recorded audio from.

What is my best way to do this? what equipment do i need?

You need a DAT player. Digital Audio Tape

As the format isn't used much these days, second hand players can be picked up cheaply. But you'd be better off contacting a local radio station or recording studio, and seeing if they have a player and will do you a copy onto CD.
