Are there are any rumoured names for the shooter on the grassy knoll? CIA operative? Mafia hit man? Other perhaps?

Not a spy, but probably psychologically groomed while he was over there. The Trumpf assassination attempt shows that these people are a unique mixture of mad sad and bad. Not entirely on one side or the other.

Well it is on record afaik that a police man stopped a suspicious (???) looking character on the Grassy knol to question him ???

Said person had security credentials and left

CIA / FBI ???
