Just recently had a garage converted to a bedroom. The work has not yet been signed off. Can I still decorate it before the sign off?

If its at the stage of painting then all the works have been done so a bit late. Painting wont make much difference. The Building inspector might have wanted to see the insulation etc. Wouldnt matter anyway if they didnt come... until you sell the house that is...
