Decorators caulk: OK for external use?

Decorator's caulk. Is it OK to use this for a timber garage window -- filling in cracks around the frame.
Or do I need something different for external use?

i guess if it is allowed to cure at a reasonable temperature i.e. not freezing, then yes.

Some are external use, check on the cartridge, if its just for indoor use then forget it, even when set/cured the water washes it away.

Are you painting over it?

The cartridge only mentions internal.
So I've gone ahead and used some brown frame sealant instead. I will paint white over this.
