Default Need 2 quotes from reputable builder companies

I need 2 quotes form reputable builder companies for an insurance claim

I don't want to give to an old joe bloggs one man company...
But then don't want to be screwed by a big firm who specialises in the insurance game (been there before several years ago)

My property is in East London, Plaistow

The work will be £7000+ (my guestimate from past experience)

Any recommendations on builder companies?
+ Any advice on dealing and managing the work would be great
