Not sure if this is the right place, but any ideas why our dehumidifyer is not collecting water in the tank ? it seems to work fine, just doesnt collect anything. it is a matsui

When you say "it seems to work fine", on what do you base this assumption? The fan may be running, but that doesn't necessarily mean other parts of the unit are functioning correctly.

yes it sounds like it is all working. you turn the dial up and it comes on at a point. Switches off etc. It is just not collecting any wayer and has been on for a good while (4h)
