DeLonghi icecream maker repair

I've been given a DeLonghi Gellato Italia classic ice cream maker (Model GI 1000 DL). It still churns but doesn't get cold. I think it probably just needs regassing with refrigerant but can't find anywhere that repairs ice cream makers.

Contacting Delonghi didn't get any reply.

Does anyone know where I can get this repaired in London?
