Deltabell Plus Lightbox

Hi, I am looking to replace my current Deltabell dummy lightbox with a proper sounder so that it actually looks like a proper alarm box. The main issue is that out dummy box does not light up at night with either LED's or backlight.

Therefore, if I were to buy a new backplate with the PCB module and applied a 12v supply to the terminals will it light up? I don't want a full system as when they go off people call the police to complain about the noise not a break in!!

Aslong as the bell trigger isnt setup it should be fine.
ie looks tge part but bellwont activate when the alarm does

Many Thanks, so just to confirm if I provide a power supply like the red lines in the below pic it should just light up.

I have seen that the bell sounds if there is no signal from a control panel, is there a way to stop this?

the bellbox should work fine with just power, but wont trigger

Hoover, when you say bell I'm guessing you mean the bellbox. Thanks for the help, I shall start placing orders.
