Designer electric showers??

Does anyone know if electric showers are available in a more 'non-electrical' style?? By that I mean why are they all an ugly box with a hose & head trailing from it, held in place by a ridiculously ugly surface mounted rail, usually with a pathetic soap holder for good measure?? Do any exist which allows the hose to be hidden behind the wall for example? Or more stylish heads - they all seem to be the same. Mira are getting close but they're still very common looking. It almost wants me to change my mind and install a conventional H/C water one.

I assume you haven't looked in the Argos book? I happened to notice in passing the other day that they sell at least one concealed electric shower.
