Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help with how to fix this.

The detached guarage has got a roof (which I think is asbestos roof which is pretty standard). The under the hood its got PVC cladding from inside the garage. But I have started to see the drops appearing from underneath the guarage. From what I think I have following options...

1) Remove cladding from inside the garage and fix the leak and then put the cladding back.
2) Try to seal the screws and joints from outside garage meaning working with asbestos roof.
3) Replace the roof - expensive job as its asbestos.

Any idea/pointers about how to do this?

Thanks

No problem working on asbestos roofs as long as you dont disturb it to the point of creating dust.

if it is a leak you can use acrypol to paint over the bolts and any cracks...

Condensation?
