Hi

My loft extension is under way and from initially fearing that I may go just over the 50m3 I'm allowed under PD it now seems I'm under.

(I have a certificate of lawfulness of course)

What if I were to add an extra small side dormer that doesn't appear on the drawings for which the COL was issued? As long as I keep under 50m3, and as its a side dormer ensure the window is obscured, can anybody raise an objection to this?

Many thanks

Anyone can object to anything. Whether the objection is valid is another matter

Your LDC will not be valid for the additional work though, so will be effectively a waste of time unless you apply for one for the additional work as well
