I want to fit a Dewenwils light switch kit as a 2 way system instead of wiring in an extra switch. I have found that the receiver is bigger than I anticipated. The receiver will not fit inside my existing light fitting and the existing wall switch is a switched live plus earth only, so I would need to install a neutral cable which I am trying to avoid.
Does anyone know of a bathroom style lamp with enough space to install the receiver? Any ideas welcome.

Could it not be fitted in the loft above? Assuming the loft is above?

And you have 2 doors into your bathroom?

Yes there is a loft space above, but there is a button on the receiver for programming (if needed). Switches are pre programmed. There are 2 doors into what used to be a bedroom, but now a utility room (no plumbing).
Could I use a surface mount single socket box in place of existing light rose, fit a blanking cover, drill a hole through the middle of the cover and secure pendant wiring with cable tie from above the cover?
