dhw not firing when ch is not firing

:cry: I have a Savio combi. When the ch is not on, the dhw does not fire. Help please!
 
Never heard of this combi :shock:

If it has a diaphragm then I would suspect it has perished and needs replacing.
 
Probably a Savio Acquapiu, have a look on the Biasi UK site for the manual.
