I've had a lot of problems with my window installers with bay poles not fitted, scratched windows taking ages to be replaced.

Now the weather has got colder I've noticed condensation round the inside edges of the new windows. I don't get this on a couple of A rated windows replaced last year and am a bit worried that these aren't up to scratch.

The units are marked DFX BSEN12068 2003 M II C then a manufacturing date and time then MC398.

I can't figure out what the M II C means and am worried it's telling me that the frames are C rated, any ideas?

The u value around the edges is always worst, so that edge cools quickly over night. Could just be too much damp in the room due to lack of ventilation. This time of years it's always most obvious.

Ignore that code, it's nothing to do with the window rating, DFX signifies it's duraflex profile, I think bs en 12068:2003 just means the pvc meets requirements needed to be used as a frame profile, the rest is just the date the pvc was extruded and probably the line number and which shift, this is continuously printed every 600mm, doesn't give you the window spec, that's upto the fabricator who makes the window to do
