What type of seal do I need?

Hi, I've recently moved into a flat (the building is c. 20 years old), and I have just noticed that the seal has started to peel off the outside of the window frame as shown in the picture. I would like to replace this, but don't know what I am looking for. Do any of you know

1. what type of seal I need and
2. where I can find this?

Dig it out so that you can see the profile properly.

Lots of places sell it. If you can't find it locally (try a glazier or diy store) look online.

Amazon sell loads of 'em.

Looks like a gasket, https://www.handlesandhinges.co.uk/upvc-gaskets-and-double-glazing-seals/. Is it a rental flat? If so, get your landlord to sort it out

Thank you! Having done some more checking, measuring and googling, I think it's this: https://www.stormguard.co.uk/stormguard-products/10450-2/ Does that look right to you? It says 'joinery seal' in the name but 'gasket' in the description. It's my own flat.
