Difference in these 2 switches?

Can someone please explain what the difference is in these 2 as both seem to boast the same great benefits!??

One is leading edge the other is trailing edge which will not matter with 230v tungsten lamps but will with inverters used for SELV (12v) lamps and special discharge lamps.

There are also some minor differences like 300W v 250W there is a PDF listing the three dimmers and showing which will do what.
