Difficult new drainage

Hi - I am hoping to instal an ensuite in my bedroom. However, drainage for the soil pipe and wastes is an issue. My opitions are:

1) dug up the floor (the bedroom is on the ground floor) or

2) Maserator

Does anyone have experience with maserators eg are they noisy/prone to break down. Also dows a maserator deal with the waste from the shower/sink.

Would really appreciate help.

Dig up the floor.

More work but worth it in the long run.

Thanks - are you aware of any products to patch up the DPC as I will need to dig a channel to run soil pipe in
